I’m a photographer who hates to be in front of the camera. Believe me, I get it. Having your picture taken can be incredibly awkward and uncomfortable for many, especially when you are told to look at the camera and “smile!”. So I don’t go overboard with the posed shots. Posed and stiff and perfect is not what I find interesting. Real is beautiful, real smiles and real emotions. And for most of us that doesn’t happen naturally in front of the camera.
